Caramel Pudding Mix


Indredients : Sugar, Corn Flour, Sea Weed Extract, Nature Identical Caramel Flavoring, Sodium Citrate, Colour Powder (Ins 102, Ins 122 ), Nature Identical Vanilla Flavoring.

Direction to make:

  • Discharge the contents in the sachet of caramel topping into a bowl/ mould and keep it separately.
  • Blend the Dum Dum caramel mix with 400 ml of milk and then start boiling.
  • Stir continuously until it gets to the boiling point.
  • Take out from the fire and pour out in a gentle manner over the caramel topped bowl/mould.
  • Set aside to congeal.(Refrigerate if you want)
  • Turn out carefully on a serving dish.
