Strawberry Jelly

Ingredients: Sugar, Gelatin, Malic Acid (INS 133), Nature Identical Flavour and Colour (INS 122).

Direction: Dissolve 100gm of Jelly Crystal in 2 "2cups (450m1) boiling water. Stir well until it dissolved, then pour it into a mold or individual glasses. Chill in refrigerator until it firms.
