Vanilla Ice Cream Mix


Indredients : Sugar, Glucose Solids, Vegetable Oil Solids, Carrageen, Emulsifier (INS 472A, INS 412), Sweetener (INS 955), Salt, Natural Identical Vanilla Flavoring.

You will need

  • Electric beater
  • 300ml of fresh milk or 40g of milk powder with 300ml of water

 

Direction for use

  • Mix the Dum Dum ice cream mix with 300ml of milk in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix with a beater at low speed for 1 minute to dissolve completely
  • Then whip for 2–3 mints with beater in high speed until desired creamy texture.
  • Pour the whipped mixture into container for freezing
  • Freeze at 18º – 20 C for minimum 2-3 hours before serving
